At Venuries, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options no matter where you reside. We deliver to hundreds of customers daily and ensure the highest level of responsiveness.
All our products are shipped to Canada via secure and traceable local couriers such as Canada Post and Purolator. We offer free shipping within Canada. No code is required; free shipping is applied at checkout and includes customs duties.
Orders can be canceled or modified once placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your track & trace link via email and can expect your order according to the timeline below. Please note that delivery times are estimated.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery period consists of two phases:
Processing Time: Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. Your package will then be prepared for transport.
Delivery Time: Once picked up by our local courier, it will take a few days to arrive. Shipping costs for orders below the thresholds mentioned below are as follows:

Please note that during our Season Sales, there may be increased orders which could result in minor delays. All shipping times exclude customs delays. Additional delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.
Please also note that during promotional periods, processing and shipping times may increase due to high order volumes.
VENURIESÂ ships only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please email our Support Team within 5 business days and attach photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website under 'Track Your Order'.
For logistical reasons, shipments may be split into multiple parcels.
