Return and Refund Policy of Venuries

30-DAY RETURN

Do you need to exchange or return your purchase? We're here to help! You can do so within 30 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning is quick and easy by clicking here.

NOTE: For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot offer a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 offer can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only want to exchange one of the items, please return only the item you wish to exchange and keep the other.


RETURN PERIOD: We have a return period of 30 days during which the customer can return their package without stating a reason. These 30 days start from the date the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 30 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the tags still attached to the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: Return shipping costs are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning your package.
Dislcaimer: Some of our items are manufactured outside the country due to operational costs and quality standards, so in certain cases, the return address may also be located abroad.

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate that you want to exchange a product when registering your return, we will proceed with this immediately. This way, we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. You can track the progress using the tracking number provided with your return shipment to see when the package arrives at our warehouse. The 10 business days start from that point. After the refund is processed, you will receive a notification. Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

RETURN FAQ

  • What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available? Contact our customer service team for options. We will update you on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already initiated your return and the product is out of stock, we will contact you to find a solution together.

  • Where can I find my order number to register my return? You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service will be happy to assist you.

  • What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged? Unfortunately, sometimes a product may be damaged during shipping or production. We would like to resolve this with you promptly. Send a message to our support email with a photo of the issue. Our customer service will work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.

  • What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period? Remember to deliver your return within the 30 days before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we offer you the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a voucher. Contact our customer service team for options.

 

CHARGEBACKS

Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication are considered fraudulent, as no issue was communicated to us beforehand. Please contact us via email to address any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Otherwise, you risk losing the dispute and incurring additional fees
